Installed control cabling to pneumatic, fiber optic and electronic control cabinets, relays, sensors and limits. Interfaced with German Engineers throughout entire project. Dializer Fiber Compounding Rooms 2,3, &4 Division 1 Electrical installation for compound mixing rooms. Installation included controls, alarm system and inter locked evacuation system. Dializer Assembly Lines 2,3,4 Class 4 clean room installation of electrical distribution and controls of Robotic Dializing Assembly Line installation. Including Fire alarm, Security alarm, and interlock of mechanical and alarm control systems. Installation also included extensive cabel tray system for electrical system and robotic controls. Rectification and Reclamation Systems Heavy industrial electrical application includes the design and installation of extensive conduit and cable tray systems, Class 1 Division 2 applications with complex control. There is also an extensive temperature heat tape system, lightning protection for 60-80 degree towers. Injection Molding Facility Clean room installation of Electrical distribution, control panel design and installation, robotic material feed system with material cooling and temperature control systems. Substations and Distribution System Consult in design, construct and maintain 46,000/12,470 volt 22-megawatt redundant feed substation. Construct complete duct bank and HVL switchgear sections around parameter of manufactoring facility for 12,2470/480 volt transformers, secondary feeds to (16) 2000 amp-3000amp 480-volt main switchgear sections.
