Bruce Jardine is the President and owner of LWE, LLC. Bruce is a master electrician with over 30 years of experience in the electrical trade at LWE. Progressing from apprentice electrician to his current position with the Company, Bruce has gained extensive experience in the design, management and facilitation of major construction projects. He has a wide array of experience with high-voltage system implementation and has worked with customers to develop cost-saving equipment and system designs. Under his supervision, LWE has become a leader in designing and constructing projects to meet LEED standards. Bruce’s knowledge, experience and expertise will allow LWE to meet all necessary design and management needs for any project.
Brad Layton (Vice President)
Brad Layton is the Vice-President of the Company. Brad has been employed at LWE for 14 years. Brad currently provides project design, estimating and job management services for LWE. Brad has received extensive training and experience in the design and implementation of complex electrical systems. Brad works on estimating and designing new projects as well as supervising current construction projects. Brad has served as the on-site supervisor for many of our temple projects with the LDS Church. With his combination of management and job-site experience, Brad brings critical insight and direction to the construction efforts of LWE.
Kacey Jardine (Project Manager/Estimator)
Kacey Jardine has been employed at LWE for almost 12 years, progressing from first-year apprentice to seasoned journeyman. Kacey obtained his electrical education through the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology Center. Since becoming a journeyman electrician in July 2002, Kacey has gained extensive experience in the management of large electrical construction projects for LWE. He has led electrical crews on 15 major new construction projects. This work has provided Kacey with a thorough understanding of electrical control and distribution systems, time and budget management, design changes and overall plan implementation. His oversight and direction have allowed LWE to finish projects ahead of schedule with significant cost savings. Kacey’s on-site experience allows him to contribute a wide array of insights and perspective in the planning and construction of new facilities and systems.
Tucker Jardine (Project Manager/Estimator)
Tucker Jardine has been employed at LWE for almost 12 years. Tucker handles most of the estimating and job costing for many of the commercial projects for LWE. Tucker is a licensed journeyman electrician and also holds a Bachelors of Integrated Studies, focused on Electrical Engineering, Technical Sales and Spanish.
Jason Clark (Service Manager)
Jason Clark is the service manager for LWE and a licensed journeyman electrician. Jason has about 8 years of electrical experience with LWE. Jason's amiable personality and customer service experience create a perfect fit for him as a service manager and make him a great addition to the LWE team.
